Measurement of project maturity

Wärtsilä is a global provider of heavy equipment. They run many projects worldwide and have about 20 000 employees.

Wärtsilä hired Semcon to inventorize the dissemination of knowledge and experience within the project business. 

Semcon carried out measurements of project maturity in order to ensure that the projects run efficiently and consistently.

The results were presented along with proposals for action. Follow-up surveys have been carried out to measure the impact of implemented changes within the project area.
