Development of a project platform

Customer: Orexo

The challenge:
To develop a project platform for Orexo, which can be used when the company's products are licensed out and the switch made from internal to external production, sales and marketing.

Our role:
We developed project management tools in the form of templates, timetables, action lists, folder structures, etc. In addition, our project manager acts as a sounding board and advisor to Orexo project managers.

Result:
A clear project management structure in which all the templates and tools are tailored to suit the Orexo organization. The project model also makes it easy for new Orexo employees to come in and take over existing projects.
