Our FOBO approach has:
- A Front Office (FO) located close to our customer
- The FO takes full responsibility for all production activities including quality and delivery
- The FO continuously supports the Back Office (BO) with subject matter expertise and customer interface management
- A Back Office (BO) where we have a pool of competent resources
- The BO performs selected activities within the production process
- The BO aggregates volumes and resources, creating economies of scale
